To make the most of the conference, you will need the following important information.
Be sure to download the GSA Meeting mobile app now. The app gives you access to complete abstract and speaker information, program schedule, list of exhibitors, and venue maps. You can also build your personalized schedule.
If you will be presenting a platform or plenary talk you should have received an e-mail from PSAV with instructions on how to upload your talk. You will not be able to upload your talk directly in the meeting room. Instead, you should check in to the Speaker Ready Room in Terrace Salon 3, the day before your presentation even if you uploaded your talk in advance. For additional information, please visit the meeting website. Technicians will be available in the Speaker Ready Room to assist you. Speaker Ready Room Hours:

All authors will share a 4’x 6’w board. The net space for each author is 3’8” high x 2’10” wide. Format your poster in a portrait/vertical format. You should put up your poster by 9:00 pm on Wednesday, March 29 and take it down between 3:30 and 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 1.
Registration Desk – Atlas Ballroom Foyer
To pick up your conference materials, go to the Conference Registration Desk in the Atlas Ballroom Foyer. BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION with you and present it to the registration clerk. If you are receiving this e-mail, you are pre-registered for the conference. If you have no changes to your registration, please go to the Pre-Registration desks, which will be organized by last name/surname. Note: No badges were sent in advance this year. All materials can be picked up at the conference registration desk which will be open at the following times:

Tweeting the Meeting
The conversation begins with you! The official hashtag for the meeting is #DROS17 and we encourage you to tweet throughout the meeting. Please note that some presenters may request at the beginning of their talk that you not tweet about their results. Please respect their wishes and listen carefully to make sure you are only publicly sharing information with the presenter’s permission. Posters should ONLY be tweeted if the author gives you permission.
Use the Networking Center in the Exhibit Hall as your home base to meet with colleagues, form collaborations, discuss advocacy efforts, & more! Or plan a tweetup to meet the GSA Twitterverse! During lunchtime on Friday and Saturday, the following topical tables will be moderated:

There will also be plenty of tables for you to get together with colleagues for your own discussions. Use #DROS17 to suggest topics and times. Remember the hall is open on a 24 hour basis until Saturday at 4 pm!
Parking at the Town & Country Resort & Convention Center is $10/day. When you arrive at the hotel, take a parking ticket and park your vehicle. Then go by the front desk to receive the discounted rate.
You should already have received a confirmation/receipt via e-mail when you registered. If you need another copy of your receipt go to the meeting website, enter your last name and e-mail address and another receipt will be sent to you. Be sure to bring a copy of your confirmation with you to pick up your conference materials.
What to Wear
Attire is casual but bring layers to adjust to the cooler temperatures in the meeting rooms.
Please note that meals are not included in your registration. Although there is a reception on Wednesday night at 9:15 pm with a cash bar, it is recommended that you have dinner before the 7:00 pm Opening Session on Wednesday. In addition to the hotel’s restaurants and market, there will also be cash concessions in the exhibit hall Thursday-Saturday. The Fashion Valley Mall is located right behind the hotel and has both a food court and several full service restaurants.
